The Carolina 140 from Perception is the big sister to the smaller Carolina 12.0 and caters to beginner paddlers who desire comfort and stability.

Featuring a generously sized cockpit and 24.5″ beam, the Carolina 140 provides easy access for paddlers between 125lbs-225lbs. The Zone deluxe seating system delivers six points of adjustment and is comfortably padded to keep you on the water longer.

The hull includes two ‘inverted keels’ to aid tracking, which also significantly boosts the stability and user-friendliness.

With an extra 2′ in length over the Carolina 12.0, the Carolina 140 is faster and more efficient and increases your ability to paddle in adverse conditions.

The Carolina 140 has a reasonable carry weight of 53lbs and is easy to maneuver making it great exploring small lakes, ponds, rivers, and sheltered bays. Best of all, it includes bow and stern bulkheads for enough storage capacity for day trips and overnight adventures!
