The 70 8-section Mainline features AWSA color coded rope lengths from longline through 39.5 off(10.75m), giving users a single rope to cover beginners through the super advanced. Its a great all around rope for general boating, constructed in a 2 way weave with shortening loops that are easy to detach/attach. The 70 5-section Mainline version features AWSA color coded rope lengths from longline through 32off(13m), for beginners through intermediate without all of those excess knots. This 2 way weave rope with 5 loop sections results in a lighter, easier to use rope without all the excess.
